Charlotte Stewart's renowned original boutique
"The Liquid Butterfly" was located in Los Angeles in the
early 1970's and specialized in custom tie-dyed apparel
and decorative patchwork on denim.  

Written up in magazines such as Time and Newsweek,
The Liquid Butterfly was the place to be seen for actors,
television personalities and especially the iconic rock stars
of the era.  If you had a gig in LA, then a stop by The Liquid
Butterfly was practically required!
